👨‍👩‍👧 Parents & Guests

Adults coming can mingle in the entrance hall during the party — great spot to relax and chat with other parents. For safety, we ask that adults stay out of the warehouse activity areas. Don't worry, you'll still see all the action!

💰 Payment Terms

Base party package: $375 (up to 20 kids, 2 hours, 2 activities, setup & cleanup)

Upon confirmation of your date, you will receive an email with two payment options:

Option A: Pay the $50 non-refundable deposit now to hold your date. Remaining $325 is due at least 3 business days before your party.
Option B: Pay the full $375 upfront and you're all set.

⚠️ If the remaining balance is not paid at least 3 business days before your party date, a $25 late fee will be added.

📋 Cancellation Policy

Full refund of deposit if cancelled 30+ days before your party. Within 30 days, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.
