We host parties for ALL AGES.
The base party package is $375 — that covers up to 20 kids, 2 full hours, 2 activities, setup, cleanup, and 2 party coordinators. Need 21-30 kids? That's just +$99. Add-ons like HitTrax and extra activities are available too.
Super simple. Once Michelle confirms your date, she'll email you a payment link. You have two choices:
Option A: Pay a $50 deposit to hold your date. The remaining $325 is due at least 3 business days before your party.
Option B: Pay the full $375 upfront and you're all set — nothing else to think about.
⚠️ If the remaining balance isn't paid 3 business days before the party, a $25 late fee will be automatically charged by our Stripe Automation. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS! We only like surprise birthday parties, not surprise fees!
If you cancel 30 or more days before your party — yes, full refund, no questions asked. If you cancel within 30 days, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. We get it — life happens. Just give us as much notice as you can.
It's 3 easy steps:
1. Fill out our party planning form (takes about 5 minutes).
2. Michelle confirms your date within 24 hours and sends you a payment link.
3. Pay your deposit (or the full amount) and your date is locked in!
That's it. No phone tag, no back-and-forth.
Absolutely! Parents can hang out in our lobby area and watch the fun. We just ask that adults stay out of the activity areas for safety.
We provide the space and setup — you bring the decorations, food, cake, and drinks. Many families order pizza delivery right to our door.
Weekends fill up fast, especially in winter. We recommend booking at LEAST 1 month ahead. Our calendar shows real-time availability so you can see exactly what's open.
