Most kids practice. Few actually train.

There’s a difference between reps and progress. Come see why. Analyzed on Rapsodo and video.

If you can hit, they won’t find a spot for you. They’ll MAKE a spot for you.

Ways In

Every hitter starts with an honest look at the swing. Where they go after that depends on what they need and how they train best.

Practice does not make perfect.
Only perfect practice makes perfect.

Vince Lombardi

Working the wrong movement patterns a hundred times a day makes my job not only difficult, but nearly impossible. Don’t confuse reps with progress.

How Families Actually Get In

The Mentorship is invite-only. Nearly everyone in it came the same way.

Step one

The Evaluation

Thirty minutes. I look at the swing on Rapsodo, tell you the truth, and open your hitter’s profile that day. Plenty of families stop here and that is fine.

Step two

Lab, Tandem or the Intro Month

Where the work happens. Six weeks in a small group, weekly partner training, or an October month of one-on-one to test the whole thing.

Step three

Request the Mentorship

An application, not a checkout. Spots open between blocks and go to families I already know — because I have already seen the hitter work.

A good coach will make his players see what they can be, rather than what they are.

Ara Parseghian

What You Actually Get

The same three things in every program. The data is the part nobody else gives you access to.

Video, Every Session

Not once at the start. Every week, so you can see the change instead of taking my word for it.

One Thing To Fix

Not a list of nine. Hitters get better by fixing one thing at a time, and I will tell you which one.

A Rapsodo Profile

Every swing measured. Bat speed, attack angle, the trends over a season — plus video and my notes, in a profile you and your hitter can open any time.

When & Where

My nights. Both MJB locations, about fifteen minutes apart.

What's Running Right Now

This updates itself from the season calendar. The booking page is always the last word.

Straight Answers Before You Book

A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be.

Start With Thirty Minutes

One evaluation tells you more than a season of guessing. Book it, and we will go from there.
